Building a More Literate Community
The Pollard Memorial Library Adult Literacy Program in Lowell has been
providing free, private, confidential, flexibility schedule and individualized
tutoring in basic literacy and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) to
adults in the Lowell area since 1983.
St. Julie Asian Center is offering programs in ESOL classes for beginners to
advance, job training, citizenship, and computer classes. If you are interested
